BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVES AND ASSOCIATES



TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER



1. Working hour: your normal working hour in week days is as per requirement which may be extendd beyond 12 hours on need base in week days and as well as in holidays specially in the period of monthly business closing.

2. Nature of work: you have to work in office as well as in the field wherever required; you have to work according to the instruction given by the management time to time. You have to prepare and maintain data base of daily activity report of your subordinate marketing group and to set them daily individual target with strong follow up for compulsory achievement. Moreover, you have to arrange weekly base several team meets and to arrange provisions for functional support centers. You have to submit date base development report in every week to your reporting officer without fail.

3. Target: you will be solely liable to complete monthly business target as per the monthly requirement of overall individual branch expenses and project fund as given by the management time to time for the corresponding area in one calendar month.

4. Service criteria: in the event you fail to achieve the monthly business target, choudhury's reserves the right to withhold the development allowance from your salary and you will have to go through serious review, non-achievement of target for consecutive three fortnight will be treated un-satisfactory performance and the choudhury's may terminate the reimbrusement of salary and other parks as well as may terminate from service without showing any reason. Moreover, other parks and incentive will be remitted upon achievement of monthly target time to time.

5. Responsibility: you will be solely responsible for business growth with proper plan and programe in correspondence with management as well as with office-in-charge and field staff.

6. Expense and payment: you are not authorized for any expense and payment to any concern without the permission and authorization from management. However, you may do expense within the limit fixed by the management time to time.

7. Loyalty: you must not be involved in any other gainful employment during the course of your association with the choudhury's. In the event that you are found to be employed elsewhere this offer and your service shall be deemed automatically terminated and compensation may be claimed from you for misleading the management as per legal provisions.

8. Carry out the orders: you will be bound to carry out the orders issued by the management and superiors from time to time without any arguments and to work for the choudhury's or with any other sister concern or associate concerns existing at present or which may come into existence in future as per the discretion and orders of the choudhury's

9. Discipline: you are liable to maintain discipline and office decorum in the concern office. You have to be polite and attentive with all customers,associates,staffs and related personal. Moreover you should not bring personal relationship at office while addressing management, seniors and juniors.

10. Salary:
[a]. Fixed remuneration per month

1. Basic salary. Fix by management.

2. H.R.A. 40% of basic salary

3. Transport allowance 12% of basic

4. Medical reimbursement 12% of basic

5. Special allowance will set by management as per requirement.

Total 1+2+3+4+5

11. Transfer: your service is transferable at the sole discretion of the management.

12. Other terms and conditions:

a. You are not authorized to collect any money or goods from anybody, on behalf of the choudhury's, unless you are specifically authorized to do so in writing.

b. You shall, not take any loan, presents, commissions or any kind of gratification in cash or kind from any person having dealings with the choudhury's.

c. You will not be entitled for automatic promotions or increments. The same will depend on the recommendations of your superior and it will be decided by the management at its sole discretions.

d. One months notice in writing or one month salary will be given in case of your termination by the choudhury's.

e. You will be governed by the management and the head office will have ultimate control on all your activities.

f. Other facilities including loans,parks will be provided on fresh terms on confirmation.
