Franchisee/agency Terms & Conditions:
1. Franchisee (s) : should have their own outlet (may be rented in minimum 100 sq. ft. area) with telephone facility.
2. Franchisee (s) : should have to display the sign board CHOUDHURY'S at a prominent place outside of the retail outlet.
3. Franchisee (s) : will be fully responsible to bear any type of liabilities such as their retail outlet (shop) expenses,telephone bills,electricity bills,staff salaries etc. Choudhury's will not be responsible for any types of dues,containing to franchisee unit.
4. Franchisee (s) : will have to collect the receipt book for their customers from the head office of choudhury's on genuine rates of payments.
5. Franchisee (s) : has to sell or book order as per our m.r.p list only.
6. Franchisee (s) : has to book items on behalf of choudhury's only on the product catalouge supplied by head office of choudhurys and shall charge as per our price list.
7. Franchisee (s) : will not enter into any agreement/arrangement with any other establishment (partly or fully) till engage with the choudhury's.
8. Franchisee (s) : will maintain absolute integrity with out giving room of doubt,scope for complaints of any sort from the customers/clients and getting involvement in any disputes quarrel or correspondence, such complaints will be dealt with by the head office of choudhury's as and when required.
9. Franchisee (s) : will hand over their order for product (s), keeping in mind, the cut off timings under booking sheet. Please ensure that your booking / order sheet are completed in all respect such as product and destination etc should be mentioned correctly.
